Plot[]
The episode starts at school where Uncle Al is pretending to run his store and Little Bill acts as a customer, buying crayons, an eraser, blocks, and an apple. Uncle Al playfully prices everything at $4.00. Little Bill pretends to pay. Miss Murray thanks Uncle Al for sharing his job with the class. Fuchsia asks Uncle Al to open a cooler. He pretends to be surprised, and plays a trick about a cooler until he discovers it's right next to him. Everyone laughs. Inside, they find juice pops. As the kids grab some juice pops, Miss Murray suggests a group photo. Instead of saying, "cheese," Uncle Al suggests saying, "juice pops," and they do.
Kiku said that Uncle Al was funny and he always was. Fuchsia loved Uncle Al and Fuchsia said that Kiku’s dad was good too. Monty wondered what Kiku’s dad brought. Kiku said that her dad bought a fire truck. Monty was impressed. Little Bill explained that Kiku’s dad had let Little Bill test the siren as he made siren sounds. Monty and Kiku laughed. Kiku then showed the picture of her dad. Fuchsia wondered if Big Bill was coming tomorrow. Little Bill said that Big Bill is and works for the Department of Housing. Dorado asked if Big Bill was gonna bring a house. Little Bill didn’t know but he suggested that Big Bill might bring in the copy machine he saw in Big Bill’s office. Little Bill imagined him and Big Bill with the copy machine, which made houses, as he and Big Bill said, “Click-clack. Shoo-shoo. Vavoom,”. Little Bill was snapped out of his imagination by Andrew, who said that he couldn’t wait for Big Bill to come to school tomorrow. Little Bill couldn’t wait for Big Bill to bring something “cool cool cool.”
At the house, Little Bill was waiting for Big Bill to get back from work until he hears Big Bill coming. Big Bill arrived and Little and Big Bill were delighted to see each other. Big Bill told Little Bill to kiss him and Little Bill did. He told Big Bill that his friends couldn’t wait for him to come tomorrow. Big Bill felt the same. He had a great big surprise for the class. Little Bill wondered if Big Bill was bringing a house. But Big Bill said he’s not because a house was too big for him to carry. Little Bill asked if he was bringing the copy machine from the office and did the sound effect. But Big Bill wasn’t bringing that either. Instead, Big Bill was gonna tell a story.
In the basement, Big Bill was looking for a broom. Little Bill was confounded. Big Bill found the broom and took out some straw. Little Bill asked him if Big Bill was taking straw to class and he was. Little Bill wondered if it was all but it wasn’t. In the backyard, Little Bill asked Big Bill what he was looking for and he found sticks/twigs. Little Bill picked up a twig as Big Bill said they were done. Little Bill asked if straws and twigs was all Big Bill was bringing but it’s not and the best part was in his briefcase. Little Bill was eager to find out what it was. And Big Bill showed Little Bill. Inside of Big Bill’s briefcase were bricks. Little Bill was surprised to see a brick, in which Big Bill had three bricks. Little Bill didn’t understand why Big Bill was just bringing straws, twigs, and bricks. But Big Bill said they were gonna help with the story.
Little Bill recalled at school that Kiku said her bought a fire truck. Big Bill knows that Kiku’s dad fights fires for a residence and asked Little Bill if he saw Big Bill drive a fire truck in his office before. Little Bill laughed and said that he doesn’t. Big Bill said that his job was different he will try his best to make what he does fun for Little Bill’s class. Little Bill asked what was fun about straws, twigs, and bricks. But Big Bill would not let him down. Little Bill even remembered today at school that Uncle Al bought juice pops and wondered if Big Bill ever ate any at his job and suggested that he buy some from Uncle Al and the class loves them like before but all Big Bill said was for Little Bill to trust him.
The following morning, Big Bill arrived at Little Bill's school to give a presentation. Miss Murray asked everyone to greet him, and they all said, "Hi, Mr. Glover." Big Bill explained that he worked for the Department of Housing and his job was to ensure people's homes were secure. He showed the class the straws, twigs, and bricks to demonstrate his work. When he asked how many of them lived in a safe home, everyone raised their hands and said that they all do. Big Bill assumed Little Bill was impressed, but Little Bill only replied, "Uh-huh." Big Bill then shared a funny story about trying to help some pigs with their housing problems. The class laughed, but Big Bill was serious. He knew of three pigs who lived in houses. Suddenly, Little Bill finally discovered, realized, found out, and understood why Big Bill had brought the straws, twigs, and bricks in the first place. He was referring to the Three Little Pigs. Big Bill was surprised that everyone was familiar with the story. Fuchsia pointed out that the Three Little Pigs were just a fictional fairy tale but Big Bill said he was there but Kiku pointed out that he wasn’t but Big Bill funnily said that his part had been left out and he asked whoever wanted to help him tell the story of the Three Little Pigs and the Housing Inspector and they all did. Especially Little Bill and they all assisted.
The story began. Dorado, Kiku, and Monty were the Three Little Pigs, Little Bill was the Big Bad Wolf, and Big Bill was the Housing Inspector himself. Big Bill arrived at Dorado’s (Pig Number One’s) straw house and said that he believes that a house made of straw is not very strong or safe. Dorado spoke in a deep Three Little Pig voice and said, “That’s okay, Mr. I like my house,”. Big Bill gave Dorado (Pig Number One) a warning that there was a Big Bad Wolf in the forest and said that Dorado ought to be careful and left and Dorado said, “bye,” to the housing inspector. Little Bill, who was playing the part of the Big Bad Wolf, said, “Little Pig. Little Pig. Let me in!,” in a deep, ferocious voice. Big Bill decided that he and the audience (Miss Murray, Michael, Andrew, and Fuchsia) should help the pig and they all said, “Not by the hair of my chinny-chin chin,” then Little Bill said the wolf’s line and said, “Then I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow your house down,” and he did. The straws spilled a little bit. As Dorado ran as fast as he could all the way Kiku’s (Pig Number Two’s) twig house, everyone booed and laughed and laughed themselves silly.
Then Big Bill (the Housing Inspector) arrived at Kiku’s (Pig Number Two’s) twig house. As Big Bill introduced himself and said he was from the Department of Housing but got interrupted by Kiku (Pig Number Two) and said, “I like my house,” in a high pitched voice. Big Bill said that a house made of twigs just isn’t secure especially with the Big, Bad Wolf (Little Bill) hanging around as Little Bill arrived and giggled and snickered a little bit. But Kiku and Dorado (Pigs Number Two and One) were not scared and they felt brave and confident and assured. But Big Bill said, “Okay. But don’t say I didn’t warn you,” and left. Little Bill came and said, “Little Pigs. Little Pigs. Let me come in!,” then Big Bill and the others all said, “Not by the hair of my chinny-chin chin,”. Little Bill then said the line, “Then I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll bow your house down,” and he blew the twig house down. Dorado and Kiku ran to Monty’s (Pig Number Three’s) brick house as the others laughed and even said, “Look out,”.
Big Bill arrived at Monty’s (Pig Number Three’s) brick house and was impressed that out of all the pig houses, the brick house was the safest and Big Bill (the Housing Inspector) was very proud that Monty had listened to his recommendation. Monty (Pig Number Three) welcomed Big Bill and Monty (Pig Number Three) felt delighted, proud, and pleased with himself and he liked bricks and so did Big Bill and deduced that there’s no way the wolf could blow down the brick house. Little Bill (the Big Bad Wolf) decided to prove them wrong and said, “Oh yeah? Then I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow that house down,” but try as he might Little Bill could not blow down the brick house.
Big Bill laughed and said the brick house was safe for all three pigs and gave Monty an authorized sticker from the Department of Housing. Everyone else liked stickers and wanted one too. And Big Bill gave stickers to everyone. Then Miss Murray announced it was time for another guest photo. Everyone got in front of Big Bill, who picked up Little Bill, who said that Big Bill was great. Big Bill was right that he wouldn’t let Little Bill down. And Little Bill knew Big Bill was right was well and loved themselves. Then Miss Murray told everyone to say, “Piggies,” and they did. Everyone laughed as the camera rolled towards the sky as the episode ended.
In bed, Little Bill started to remember what he did today. He tells the story of the the Three Little Pigs and added a Super Helper like he did with Monty. Little Bill made the Super Helper offer to help the Three Little Pigs, who said that they didn’t need help and had their safe brick house and Little Bill ended the story with the pigs having juice pops. Afterwards, Big Bill asked Little Bill who he was talking to. Little Bill laughed and went to sleep.
