He's first seen at farther begining when Little Bill and his family arrive at the park for the spring. He's later seen rowing towards Little Bill's boat and was unaware of it when Little Bill and Kiku tried to warn him to look out for Little Bill’s boat. But due to his headphones he couldn’t hear them. He is finally seen breaking the boat on purpose causing Little Bill to cry.
