Synopsis[]
When Little Bill doesn't know what he should bring for show and tell, April decides to give Little Bill her basketball trophy and has him promise not to break it.
Plot[]
One morning, Little Bill shows his cats-eye marble to Alice the Great, Little Bill imagines him as a prince and Brenda and Big Bill were the Queen and king. Little Bill is snapped out of his imagination and Alice the Great said that Little Bill already bought his cats-eye marble for Show and Tell last time so he asks his sister April if he can help him find something for Show and Tell but she said that she’s busy polishing her trophy and suggested that Little Bill can take cats-eye marble for Show and Tell but Little Bill said that he already bought his cats-eye marble for Show and Tell too many times so he asks April to borrow her basketball trophy to show. Bobby points out that the trophy is April's most beloved possession that she won five weeks ago, but April gives him permission and makes Little Bill vow to take care of the trophy, and he makes sure that nothing happens to it. Unfortunately, despite Little Bill telling his friends that they couldn't touch the trophy after he showed it to them, but when Little Bill waits at his desk, somehow it gets misplaced during recess. He should have ask Ms. Murray to keep it safe or put it in his backpack in his bin to keep it safe. But when Little Bill plays with his friends, he notices that the little basketball on the player's hand gets broken off. Little Bill knew that it wasn’t Kiku, Andrew, and Fuchsia’s fault. It was his. Little Bill thinks that April will be upset with him for breaking his promise, and she was. April slammed the door, and Little Bill began to cry, but Bobby, who arrived and asked who was slamming doors and he saw how sad, sorry, and alone Little Bill is and feels sorry for him, and Bobby suggests they try to fix the trophy. Little Bill uses his cat's eye marble, and then they glue the marble to replace the missing basketball on April's trophy, and once it's dinner time, When he shows April her fixed trophy, his sister forgives him and she feels bad for being cruel to her little brother. Offscreen flashbacks of Andrew, Tiny, and Brenda appeared to April, who didn’t have the courage to apologize, and said, “It was just an accident.” and little bill and his family all have a good laugh and have macaroni and cheese.
